The Ski Trainer is available with both a wall-mount and a floor stand.   Nine-position Air Resistance System The FreeForm Air Rower’s air resistance system has nine resistance settings that can be easily set to the lid of the wind turbine. The higher the setting you choose, the more air flows into the turbine.
