Fill up your (Strongman) weight bag with rubber crumb (granulate) to make things a little bit heavier. It challenges you, because it makes your workouts with you (weight)bag more difficult. The material is recycled and ultra strong   Important to know: less weight can be placed in the sandbag when it is filled with rubber crumb instead of filling sand (easily available at the hardware store). The volume remains the same. The ratio between sand and rubber is 1:0.38 This means that if a sandbag filled with sand is, for example, 25KG, it will only weigh approximately 9.5KG if you fill it completely with rubber crum.
